Inaugural WeCann Golf Tournament

We’re excited to announce the Inaugural WeCann Golf Tournament happening Monday, December 2nd! The tournament will take place at the Aliso Viejo Country Club and will benefit the MaxLove Project.

The MaxLove Project

The MaxLove Project is a nonprofit organization founded by the Willford family when their son, Max, was diagnosed with brain cancer at age four. 

Although there are more than 420,000 childhood cancer survivors in the United States, the battle is far from over for them. The same treatments that save lives also increase risks for life-threatening illnesses. The MaxLove Project’s mission is to ensure that all kids thrive against the odds by creating programs that promote a healthy future and supporting medical research for childhood cancer survivors. 

They raise funds to create programs that partner up with families to help combat the lifelong effects of cancer treatments and increase the quality of life for childhood cancer survivors. 

Cannabis has been used worldwide as supportive treatment for cancer patients offering pain relief, promoting healthy sleep, and reducing anxiety. The MaxLove Project believes in the medicinal value of cannabis as a form of therapy that can significantly enhance the quality of life for cancer survivors.

Like us, they’re working hard to break the stigma around cannabis and raising funds for educational resources for parents and doctors.
